5.20.12 Great race today! Jeff started on the pole and pulled out to a 40 second lead to win the race. Goodyear tires were perfect and the Kohler Engine performed flawlessly. Ron started in third position and had a strong race, bringing the number 6 Lola / Kohler powered car home in second. It was HOT today. Thanks to the crew for all their hard work this off season.

05.14.12 Great way to start the season! Jason took the win in the C Sports Racer class at Blackhawk Farms this past weekend. Congratulations to Jason and the crew for all their hard work over the off season.
Some details...Jason was able to start the race on the pole, about 10 laps in, the car developed brake problems and Jason lost the lead. With 5 laps to go, he was able to regain the lead and set the fastest lap of the race and won in a car that was struggling with brake issues. Great drive!
5.14.12 Jeff started the 2012 season with a strong 4th place finish. Jeff took a car that was run as a D Sports Racer years ago and with some updates and a LOT of restoration over the past few years ran the chassis this weekend as a C Sports Racer. It was a great way to start the season and great to see the car on track.

09.26.11 I have more pictures from the 2011 Kohler International Challenge and the 2011 SCCA National Championship Runoffs. I will try and get those loaded this week.
09.25.11 The 2011 Runoffs are in the books and Jason was able to bring the car home in 6th place. He ran strong all race but a late race push to gain back third position forced him into a spin and resulted in a couple of cars getting past him. The car looked great all week and ran well. The Kohler engine ran perfectly and we have to thank them for all their support. As well as all our sponsors! Without their great support, we wouldn't be able to do this. Though we were hoping for a podium at the Runoffs, we had a great season! The crew will get right back to work, getting things ready for the 2012 season.

09.22.11 The starting field for the 2011 SCCA National Championship Runoffs C Sports Racer class is set. Steve Forrer will lead the field to the green followed by Jacek Mucha and our own Jason Miller. Congratulations Jason on a third place starting position. Best of luck in Saturday's race!

09.22.11 Jason is racing against some tough competition in the C Sports Racer class at this years National Championship Runoffs...from www.scca.com:
"Among the 28 classes, the quickest time of the day was laid down by Steve Forrer, of Milwaukee, Wis., in his C Sports Racing No. 84 K-Hill Motorsports/Hoosier/Forrer Supply Ralt RT-41/Toyota. Forrers lap of 2:01.135 (118.876 mph) is the quickest official lap ever turned by an SCCA Club Racer at the 4-mile track."
09.21.11 Qualifying Session 3 for the Runoffs is complete for the C Sports Racer class. Jason is holding his own at third place in the group. After today's session the top three remain the same...Steve Forrer, Jacek Mucha and Jason Miller. Jason's lap time today was just a little slower than yesterdays at 2:04:226. Jason will be back on track again tomorrow at 2:50 pm for his final qualifying session before the National Championship Race Saturday afternoon.
09.21.11 Day three of the 2011 SCCA National Championship Runoffs is here. Jason hits the track today at 11:20 am in his #8 C Sports Racer. The team is working hard to keep Jason at the front of the field. Check back after the session this morning for an update on his third qualifying session.
09.20.11 Qualifying session 2 for the 2011 SCCA National Championship Runoffs is complete. Jason held his position of third in class. However, he was able to bring his lap time down from a 2:05:074 in Q1 to 2:03:620 in Q2. Moving in the right direction! The top three for Q2 ended up being the same drivers but with Steve Forrer taking the top spot away from Jacek Mucha. The crew will spend the remainder of today fine tunning the car as they get set to take to the track again tomorrow at 11:20 am. Today is another perfect day for racing but the long range forecast has Saturday at a high of 59 and chance of rain.
09.20.11 GOOD MORNING! Cool start to day 2 of the 2011 SCCA National Championship Runoffs but according to the weatherman the temps will rise quickly to todays high of 70. Should be a great morning for qualifying session 2 as Jason looks to climb up on the qualifying order for Saturday's CSR Championship Race. Tickets are still available at the Road America ticket window for fans who want to come cheer him on Saturday afternoon! We hope to see you there.
09.19.11 I have more pictures from day 1 of the Runoffs as well as finally have some pictures in hand from KIC 2011. However, we have hit our capacity limit on our photo's page so I will try and rework that quickly so we can get pictures up on the site.
09.19.11 Day one of the 2011 SCCA National Championship Runoffs is in the books. Jason took to the track late this afternoon in the #8 blue and black Wynnfurst C Sports Racer and the car ran very well. After qualifying session 1 Jason is currently qualified in 3rd place. The team heads back on track tomorrow morning at 9:20 am. A few photo's from today's session have been added online.

09.16.11 The Runoffs are here. Starting next Monday, Jason's C Sports racer is scheduled to be on track at Road America every day! Best of luck and a HUGE thanks to all the crew who got us to this point in the season.

09.11.11 The vintage racing season has come to an end for the guys at Wynfurst. What a fun year it was! Jeff was able to bring home a fourth place finish overall in the final race of the season for his #0 Lola. The focus now shifts to Jason's C Sports Racer and the SCCA National Championship Runoffs.

08.22.11 Sorry for the lack of updates. The team had a successful Kohler International Challenge in July. Jeff brought home a 4th place overall finish with a first in class and Ron ran very strong. The SCCA National in July qualified Jason for the upcoming SCCA National Championship Runoffs. It's been a very busy summer swing but we are in the home stretch for the 2011 season.

06.21.11 A tough end to the June Sprints saw Jason Miller finish 7th after breaking a rod end with two laps to go and Jeff Miller finish 8th after contact brought an end to his day. "The Kohler Engines ran great and it wasa disappointing way to finish the weekend" commented Jason Miller. The team picks up and heads onto the Autobahn Country Club for the next SCCA event.

05.31.11 Congratulations Jason! Jason drove the #8 CSR Wynnfurstpowered by Kohler to a first place finish this past weekend at the SCCA Land O'Lake's Regional Event at Brainerd. Jason started the race on the pole and was able to hold onto that front spot throughout the race. The Kohler Engine was strong and all the crew's hard work on the car throughout the winter paid off. A great start to the season for Jason.

05.16.11 While the vintage cars were on track at Road America, Jason took the #8 C Sports Racer down to Blackhawk Farms for the first SCCANational Double of the year for Wynnfurst. Great job Jason in bringing home a second place finish in both races. What a great way to start the season. A lot has gone into the #8 C Sports Racer during the off season and this strong showing is what the team was targeting. The goal...bring home the 2011 National Championship Runoffs title. 05.16.11 While the weather sure didn't feel like spring this past weekend was theSpring Vintage Car event at Road America.Both Kohler Power Vintage Cars in the Wynnfurst stable were on hand to compete and what a good weekend it was. Congratulations to Jeff Miller for finishing in first place and to Ron Pace for bringing home a second place finish! A huge thanks to the crew and all the guys that worked so hard on the cars this winter. The next event for the Vintage Cars comes up in July at Road America for the KOHLER International Challenge. 05.12.11 Best of luck to Jason Miller this weekend as he takes the #8 C Sports Racer to Blackhawk Farms for Wynnfurst's first SCCA race of the season. Some new photo's have been uploaded on the photo's page of the newly designed body work on the #8. It comes with many other improvements to the chassis, bodywork and engine as we head into the 2011 season and the quest for the SCCA National Championship Runoffs Title. Watch for a new paint scheme on the # 8 when it hits the track at Elkhart Lake's Road America in June for the annual running of the June Sprints.

07.20.10 Thanksto everyone that came out to see us at the2010 KOHLER International Challenge. Congratulations to Jeff on a win in class and overall! In case you missed it, rain (heavy rain) struck asthe #0 and #6 cars were on the false grid causing a delay in thestart of the race. Though the race ran 2 hours after it's scheduled start time, Jeff dominated pulling out a 20 second lead over second place at times. Congrats on a greatdrive Jeff.

06.27.10A good finish for the Kohler Powered Wynnfurst Racing C Sports Racers at this weekends JuneSprints. Jason Miller lead the charge witha 7th place finish overall (3rd in class) and Jeff Miller brought hom an 11th place finish overall (5th in class). With over 38 cars taking the green flag, it was a great result and a good showing at the home track.A big thanks to the crew and the guys who put in long hours at the shop to make these finishes possible!
06.26.10 The June Sprints are underway. After the first qualifying run which sawa combination of 40 C Sports Racers, D SportsRacers and Sport 2000 take to the track, Jason Miller is 7th overall (4th in class) and Jeff Miller is 19th overall (10th in class).

06.20.10 It's been a long time since our last update and we appologize for that. It was a crazy start to the 2010 season with races at Elkhart Lake and Blackhawk. The team has been working countless hours to prepare and maintain the CSR's and Vintage Cars. We are working "overtime" now to prepare for the the upcoming June Sprints, a crowd favorite and the fast approaching KOHLER International Challenge. Check back soon for June Sprints details.
